MDM Business Analyst

As an MDM Business Analyst, you are responsible for optimizing, governing, and functionally managing Master Data Management (MDM) processes. You act as the tactical link between the business, IT, and the MDM team, playing a key role in driving structural improvements in data quality.

Your responsibilities include:

• Maintaining and strengthening collaboration with data owners and other stakeholders.

• Monitoring, analyzing, and continuously improving product data processes, workflows, and data standards within the MDM domain.

• Delivering sustainable data quality improvements based on analyses, KPIs, and improvement initiatives.

• Ensuring a stable, logically structured, and efficiently functioning MDM/PIM environment.

• Documenting and maintaining data standards, process descriptions, data model changes, and system configurations.

• Acting as the subject matter expert and primary point of contact for complex product data and data process-related issues.

• Developing, maintaining, and optimizing data processes, workflows, and validation rules.

• Monitoring data quality and initiating as well as implementing structural improvement actions.

• Available for 32–40 hours per week

• Bachelor's or Master's degree level of working and thinking

• Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written. Dutch is a pre.

• 2–5 years of experience in product data management, data management, data governance, or IT administration

• Experience in mapping, consolidating, and managing complex datasets from various sources

• Strong understanding of data modeling, data structures, data integrations, data quality methodologies, and workflow management

• Experience with data quality processes is considered an advantage

• Basic knowledge of analytical tools such as SQL, Excel, and Power BI
