
Job description
As Key Account Manager, you are responsible for developing and expanding the customer portfolio within the major Turkish supermarket chains and wholesalers in Europe. You develop and implement the sales channel's strategy, vision, and plans, actively contributing to the development of distribution and category strategies. You translate these into concrete action plans to achieve sales targets.
• You develop new business and expand the customer portfolio
• You manage existing customers and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships
• You analyze and evaluate customer potential and competitive position, and create country and account plans
• You advise and inform customers about new products and developments, providing category support
• You negotiate prices, volumes, and terms, and close contracts
• You visit existing and potential customers, preparing visit reports for follow-up by internal teams
• You create annual plans and account plans for your segment and achieve them
• You forecast and monitor sales per account
• You identify new trends and market opportunities within your segment
• You work closely with internal teams to ensure an optimal customer experience
Job requirements
You work independently and are capable of developing and executing a strategy for the sales channel. You are energized by achieving results, collaborating with customers, and building strong relationships. You are proactive, bring new ideas, and translate them into concrete actions to drive growth. You identify market opportunities, anticipate changes, and are able to successfully achieve both short- and long-term goals.
You are available full-time (40 hours per week)
You have experience managing Key Accounts in the FMCG sector
You are fluent in Turkish and German; English is a plus
You have a commercial drive and are results-oriented
You are willing to travel regularly for work
