Job description

Are you looking for a challenging internship where you can truly make an impact? For our Online Business department, we are looking for an enthusiastic intern to work on our B2B webshop Asian Food Lovers. You will be working with business customers who order Asian products in bulk online.

The webshop has recently transformed from a B2C to a B2B platform. There are still many opportunities to further optimize the platform. During your internship, you will be fully involved in the department. This includes setting up and managing Google Ads campaigns, keeping the webshop visually attractive and up-to-date, and improving the user experience.

Whether you are creative, analytical, or investigative – there is room for your talent. Together, we will tailor your tasks to your interests and learning goals.

Are you doing a thesis internship and need to conduct research? There are plenty of possibilities. Think of topics such as:

Job requirements

  • You are pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Communication, Commercial Economics, or similar

  • You are looking for an internship of at least 4 months

  • You have an affinity for sales, customer-oriented work, and/or process improvement

  • You work independently and show initiative

  • You are communicatively skilled and can clearly convey your ideas

  • Good command of the Dutch language is required; English is a plus

Heuschen & Schrouff is the leading importer and distributor of authentic Asian food and non-food products in Europe. From Landgraaf (Netherlands), we represent more than 65 top Asian brands, such as YumYum and Flying Goose, and have strong own brand concepts like Golden Turtle for Chefs. Additionally, we offer Private Label concepts. We do this with a team of 400 colleagues, 45 trucks on the road, and a diverse customer base ranging from ethnic shops and wholesalers to retail, foodservice, and industry. Recently, we launched our own e-commerce platform.
