As we have a large customer base that speaks Chinese and Vietnamese, we are always open to engaging with candidates who speak these languages and are interested in the role of Inside Sales Representative.
As an Inside Sales Representative, you are the central point of contact for our customers. Your main goal is to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve commercial targets.
You manage your own customer portfolio and act as the first point of contact, proactively identifying customer needs and providing suitable solutions.
You seize every opportunity to increase sales through smart upselling, cross-selling, and by sharing attractive promotions.
With efficient order processing and strong credit management, you ensure a smooth customer journey from quotation to delivery.You deliver an excellent customer experience by proactively handling after-sales activities and resolving customer challenges quickly and professionally.
You gather and share valuable market insights from customer interactions, helping both yourself and the team capitalize on commercial opportunities and refine sales strategies.
You work closely with the field sales team to achieve shared sales results.

Job requirements
You have a commercial drive and are not afraid to pick up the phone. You enjoy making sales, but also value maintaining a good relationship with your customer. You manage to find a balance between these two on a daily basis. Additionally, you are accurate and precise; after all, orders must be processed correctly.
You are available 32-40 hours per week
You have an MBO+ level of education and thinking
You are proficient in German, Dutch or English, and Chinese or Vietnamese
You have several years of experience in a similar role
You have knowledge of MS Office
You have previous experience with SAP or are able to quickly learn

From Landgraaf (the Netherlands), we represent more than 65 leading Asian brands such as YumYum and Flying Goose, and we have strong private label concepts such as Golden Turtle for Chefs. In addition, we offer Private Label solutions. We do this with a team of more than 450 colleagues, 45 trucks on the road, and a diverse customer base ranging from ethnic specialty stores and wholesalers to retail, foodservice, and industry. The Inside Sales Ethnic department is responsible for serving one of our largest customer groups: Asian supermarkets and wholesalers. They act as the central point of contact for these customers. As our customers are spread across Europe and often have an Asian background, communication within the department takes place in many different languages.
